Do you want to return your purchase? You can do so within 30 days, provided the items are unused. Send us an email at atyourservice@mabebi-kids.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we will ensure a smooth handling.

The return costs are at your own expense. You can purchase a shipping label yourself from a parcel service or choose to have us arrange a return label for you at a rate of €6.95. As soon as we have received your return in good condition, the purchase amount (minus any return costs) will be refunded via the payment method you used for your order.
