Please note, the suction cup does not work on rough surfaces. For optimal suction, slightly dampen the surface with a dishcloth. Do not forget to wash the board with soap and water before first use.

Do you want to return your purchase? You can do so within 30 days, provided the items are unused. Send us an email at atyourservice@mabebi-kids.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we will ensure a smooth handling.

You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. You can purchase a shipping label from a parcel service yourself, or we can arrange a return label for you for €7.95. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase price (minus any return shipping costs) to the payment method you used for your order.
